During the production process, energy isolation is an important measure to prevent equipment from accidentally starting
up and to ensure the safety of maintenance and operation personnel. Jia
Mei Company strictly implements the energy isolation and lockout management procedures.
It isolates and locks the already closed energy sources according to
the standardized procedures and puts up warning signs. It adopts the "lockout + tagout"
dual guarantee measures, with the lock uniquely corresponding to the
operator's key. The warning sign clearly indicates the equipment status
and the responsible person. This ensures that the personnel working near
the machine can clearly identify the equipment status and avoid
potential safety hazards caused by incorrect operation. This measure
cuts off the potential hazard of energy accidental release at the source
and creates "visible safety" for maintenance, inspection, and operation
personnel.
To ensure the effective implementation of energy isolation and lockout tag management, the company's safety and environmental protection office organized a special training on "Energy Isolation and Lockout Tagging"
and covered department heads and workshop managers. The training
adopted a "theory + practical" mode, combined with accident case
analysis and standardized operation demonstrations, to enhance the risk
identification ability and emergency response skills of management
personnel, and to set a "safety benchmark" for front-line employees.
The
Production Technology Office revised the "Equipment Operating
Procedures" comprehensively, with a focus on adding "start-up and
shutdown control clauses" in key equipment sections, detailing operation
steps, risk warnings, and emergency response procedures. The updated
"Energy Isolation Management System" further clarifies the division of
responsibilities, operation norms, and supervision mechanisms, ensuring
that "each lock has a responsible person and each sign has a warning
effect".
In
addition, the company established an energy isolation special
supervision group, using a combination of "daily inspection + surprise
inspection" methods to supervise the implementation of energy isolation
in each workshop. Any problems found are immediately rectified, and
relevant responsible persons are evaluated. Through multiple means such
as system constraints, training guidance, and supervision inspections,
the energy isolation management level of Jia Mei Company has
significantly improved, and the safety production situation has
continued to be stable and improving.
