The pilot experience of the water
plant will provide an important reference for the company to fully
promote the listing and locking system. The next stage of work of the Lockout/tagout team will be advanced step by step:

Formulate differentiated implementation plans. Based on the
characteristics of the equipment in each factory area, formulate
targeted implementation details to ensure the applicability of the
system.
2. Initiate a
step-by-step training program for all staff. Adopting the "theory +
practical operation" model, it covers the company's employees and
outsourcing service providers, and invites technicians from other
departments of the company and outsourcing providers to the water plant
to jointly learn and improve the Lockout/tagout system process, thereby enhancing the training effect.
3.
Establish a long-term supervision mechanism. Incorporate the
implementation of the signboard and locking system into daily safety
inspections and link it with performance evaluations to ensure the
long-term effective implementation of the system. Also, update the
system and process in real time to ensure their rationality and
strictness.
