Unexpectedly, someone mistakenly touched the start button, and the high-speed-running machinery instantly caused serious injuries to personnel; In a certain enterprise's maintenance team, when multiple people were working collaboratively, they did not strictly follow the principle of "one person one lock, who locks it who unlocks it", someoneremoved the lock,causing the equipment to accidentally start,resulting in an irreparable safety accident.
