Safety is the lifeline of an enterprise and the top priority in production and operation. Every employee should aim for "zero accidents", internalize safety regulations in their hearts and externalize them in their actions. This training, through a combination of theoretical explanations and on-site inspections, further consolidated the foundation of safe production, safeguarding the lives of employees and the stable development of the enterprise.
Taking "Lockout/tagout (LOTO)" as the core and in combination with the requirements of regulations such as the "Work Safety Law", this paper deeply analyzes its definition, scope of application and standardized process. During the training process, the instructor provided detailed theoretical explanations, enabling the employees to gain a thorough understanding of the principles, processes, and precautions in practical operations of Lockout/tagout. At the same time, some actual cases were also combined to vividly demonstrate the possible painful consequences of neglecting this procedure, enabling every employee participating in the training to deeply understand the importance of Lockout/tagout.
Through systematic study, the understanding of safety regulations has become more thorough, and the ability to handle emergencies has significantly improved.
We will continue to deepen the cultural concept that "everyone is the primary person responsible for safety", and lay a solid safety foundation for production and operation. There is no end to work safety. We will safeguard the high-quality development of enterprises with a regular and practical safety training system.
