The responsibilities of Lockout/tagout
After successfully completing the LOTO specialized training, the corresponding cap sticker will be affixed
2. Based on the potential danger, understand the types of isolation to be used and preventive measures to be taken
3. Understand the types of devices that may be isolated
4. Understand physical isolation methods
5. Before starting the work, check the isolation registration form and PTW
6. Ensure that all LO/TO records are kept in the LO/TO register
7. Do not remove any "Dangerous - Do Not Operate" signs unless they are yours

Authorized personnel who leave must remove their personal locks and
nameplates. If the operation is not completed, a stop use sign (placed
by the person who was initially isolated) must be left at the isolation
point (at least).

Authorized personnel entering can only remove the temporary sign when
they have placed their own personal lock/sign in place and ensure that
the isolation record is on the isolation registration form

If the operation lock or process lock remains on the buckle until the
work is completed, there is no need to hang a temporary sign. Before the
departing employee returns, if no one is using or operating the
equipment, the departing employee can leave their personal lock on the
equipment
